  3. SpaHa Cafe is amazing! They have organic, vegetarian and even vegan food and drink option. They are on 116th and Lexington. Check them out :)

I've tried most of your East Harlem culinary delights...one relatively new place that you might want to check out and add on to your suggested places to dine is LA CORSA @ 123 E. 100th street...remarkable selection of pizza. The owner, Nino, uses his Sicilian father's original recipes. Oh, yes, fresh mozarella made daily on the premises.
